The Pilgrim’s Thanksgiving Story!

For the past 3 years, we have been privileged to host some of our daughter Rachel's
"Strictly Speaking" international students (University of Houston, Clear Lake) for our family's Thanksgiving celebration. We enjoy sharing our Thanksgiving meal and family traditions with these fascinating guests from various locations across the globe.

One of our long-time traditions has been for John, the Harris Family patriarch, to read a special rendition of the Thanksgiving story excerpted from the book, The Light and The Glory by Peter Marshall and Dave Manuel. Recently, we have added a unique "mystery" ingredient to the table setting... 5 kernels of corn on each plate.
